Sorry for absent in recent days www ( I was busying in moving to Netherland for university) I asked some of my friend and ChatGPT for help on character coding issues and trying to fix it, but however I could not find a definite way to eliminate or test the issues (I tried to use LocaleEmulator for testing and it seemed to be okay...)
